Healthcare:Top 9 Reasons to take Cellgevity every day

Cellgevity is Max's premiere formula and features our proprietary RiboCeine™ technology, a special blend of D-Ribose and L-Cysteine, combined with an all-star collection of 12 complementary ingredients to more effectively enhance the function of
GLUTATHIONE within your body.

As we age, the levels of this important molecule are depleted by every-day trauma including physical and mental stress, poor diet, and lack of sleep.

List of Diseases it cures: Pneumonia, arthritis, peptic ulcers, conjunctivitis, CVA, lumbago, loss of appetite, insomnia, diabetic ulcers ,harsma, abdominal pain,Blood pressure, stroke, hypothesis, hypertension. E

Looking through the 9 points I noticed Cellgevity has all these great benefits too, not that you’d want to give up either one for the other! Here’s how Cellgevity can benefit you for the same 9 points.

Improves cardiovascular health.
Increased glutathione improves mitochondrial efficiency and protect the mitochondrial DNA which is important for the heart muscle tissue which have many mitochondria to produce the energy needed to supply our whole body with blood.

Also by reducing inflammation this leads to a reduction in atherosclerosis, which is considered an inflammatory disease.

Increases immunity.
Increasing glutathione supports the immune system and function of natural killer cells. The Aloe Vera extra in Cellgevity contains glyconutrients which also support immune function and proper intra-cellular signalling.

Reduces stress.
Many people report a reduction of stress and an increased feeling of calmness. High levels of glutatione could contribute to this by increasing natural energy, so they body is less reliant on the adrenals, decreasing inflammation, so each individual cell is less stressed, and improving sleep which helps with overall wellbeing.

Relieves pain.
High levels of glutathione reduces inflammation which helps reduce aches and pains. Many people who have used Cellgevity have experienced a noticable reduction in pain.

Promotes longevity.
Glutathione levels decline by about ten percent or so every decade in heathly adults and is considered one of your most important bio-markers of overall health. People who live to 100 have been shown to have glutathione levels similar to adults who are much younger.

Increases blood circulation.
Ok, well I don’t have a really concise good answer for this one off the top of my head, but given all the beneficial systemic effects increased glutathione has, I’m sure it helps with this too!

You sleep better.
Increased levels of glutathione has been shown to improve delta wave sleep, which is the deepest and most restorative phase of sleep. Getting a good night’s sleep helps with your overall health.

Improve exercise performance and recovery.
Optimal glutathione levels are critical for maximum energy production for peak athletic performance. Also a increased glutathione levels provide a bigger buffer for prolonged exercise as glutathione stores are depleted quickly with intense exercise.

The anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties of glutathione help with muscle repair and recover, as does glutatione’s many other roles such as amino acid transport.

Increases levels of DHEA and testosterone. The clinical trials of the first generation product before Cellgevity showed increases in DHEA and IGF-1, which converts to human growth hormone, in the 40% range. An intervie with another doctors who did his own blood tests before and after taking MaxGXL found an increase in testosterone, which is no suprise given the significant increase in DHEA and IGF-1. DHEA is base hormone which the body produces testosterone and estrogens from.

Prosecute Capt. Mahama’s ‘cruel’ killers swiftly – Rawlings

Former President Flt Lt Jerry John Rawlings has called for calm and restraint as the security agencies investigate the unfortunate lynching of a serving military officer at Denkyira-Obuasi.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, the former President expressed his sincere condolences to the wife, family and the unit of the late Captain Maxwell Mahama
for their unfortunate loss.

“Your loss is a loss to the whole country. Your husband, son and brother lost his life serving his country.”

Flt Lt Rawlings added that, “Taking the law into our hands in the manner the perpetrators of the act did was an act of cruelty. However, I implore the affected institution to remain calm as the security agencies investigate the matter.

The former President added his voice to calls by many concerned Ghanaians over the lack of speedy investigation and prosecution of persons who perpetrate serious crimes such as armed robbery and murder.

“When the law does not seem to be giving people justice, such acts of cruelty resulting in the unfortunate loss of innocent life, is the end result. I call on the security agencies and the law courts to inspire confidence in the populace by acting swiftly and effectively when crimes are committed in our communities.

“The recent acts of violence in Somanya and Kumasi cannot be taken in isolation. They go to expose a weakness in the general response to crime,” former President Rawlings said.

Breaking News:Prez Akuffo Addo Angrily Send Strong Warning To Adom TV for them to Complete Kumkum Bhagya.

Letter to Adom TV Kumkum Bhagya is causing more harm than good.

Nambe Patrick from Sunyani in Brong Ahafo writes an open letter to AdomTV about the possible ways the popular show "Kumkum Bhagya" can and should be regulated.

I must applaud the management of AdomTV for the nice, interactive as well as edutainment programmes shown on their platform, most especially Kumkum Bhagya which has caught the attention of many Ghanaians as they are glued to their seats between the hours of 7:30pm to 9:00pm every working day, which seeks to straighten the relationship lives of people, marriage couples and those planning to marry as well as bringing family together. It's a good initiative, which I know most people will agree with me.

However, Kumkum Bhagya seems to cause more harm than good, I must confess.

As mentioned earlier, the primary aim of Kumkum Bhagya is shown on T.V. to help married and would-be couples. But "kids" are now attracted and committed to this programme more than their books, and I wonder if these "kids" are "Marriage Counsellors".

A week ago, I asked a primary three student what she studied in school. This young girl fumbled and couldn't tell me exactly, what she learnt in school. Amazingly, this young girl narrated to me what happened previously on Kumkum Bhagya from A-Z and I was shocked.

Majority of school "kids" are now lazy to read their books and it's affecting their academic performance in school all because of Kumkum Bhagya. 7:00pm - 9:30pm is a good time for "kids" to watch evening news and educative programmes, get to know what is happening in and around the world, and remain updated.

But the introduction of Kumkum Bhagya on TV is making "our future" leaders lose interest reading, watching educational programmes and news bulletin(s) on TV is now a taboo for them. They are now committed to Kumkum Bhagya than their books, ignore their assignments and later sleep during classes hour(s) the next following day.

Interestingly, some students in this country don't know the names of our Ministers of States, not even the name of the name of our current Education Minister nor the President of Ghana but they can easily identify the names of all the Characters in Kumkum Bhagya.

Moreover, some scenes in Kumkum Bhagya which are not meant for children will be shown in full glare for them. And the possibility of them adopting these bad lifestyles such as excessive drinking, insults, etc from this programme is very high. Are they learning the right thing on Television?

It's awful and also surprising to see boarding students in some of our various senior high schools in this country, most especially the female students scaling the fence and dodging to town just to catch a glimpse of Kumkum Bhagya. Yes! You have the absolute right to say "Its their life" but let's not forget that, the introduction of Kumkum Bhagya has caused this canker.

In addition, most vibrant Christians have stopped going to church and evening prayers all because of Kumkum Bhagya.

They've stopped attending evening prayers because, the time in which Kumkum Bhagya starts isn't favoring them to go and listen to the word of God or to pray. Some Pastors are also lazy to engage and teach their members because they won't come for them to leave in the middle of the service to watch Kumkum Bhagya. Lots of churches are collapsing these days and Pastors are afraid to complain, for fear of losing members.

Others now resort to changing meeting days and time just to enable church members and prayer "warriors" watch Kumkum to their satisfaction.
play
Kumkum Bhagya: Abhi molests Pragya after Aaliya provokes him
Kindly conduct an "inquisitive checks" to Churches and prayer grounds between the hours of 7:30pm - 9:30pm (Mon - Fri), 12:30pm - 4:00pm on Sundays and you'll only find "Old men and women" worshipping and praising God, whiles those who are active with "strong bones" won't be found.

It's either they won't go to church or they'll "vanish" immediately 7:30pm clocks.
You will quiz "How does it concern me?" Well, people are going wayward and you don't care? Come On! This development isn't the best and should be curbed.

The youth will murmur when they're being asked to sing church hymns or tasked to give bible quotations during service. But, these same people won't find it difficult singing the theme song of Kumkum Bhagya neither will it be difficult for them to form Love quotes from the Telenovela.Wow!
Sadly, some parents encourage and even call their children to come and sit when Kumkum Bhagya starts. Others will turn their wards into narrators in case they are not readily available to watch Kumkum Bhagya.

As a parent, do you expect your brilliant kid(s) to study after school or complete and submit his/her assignment the next day when Kumkum Bhagya is ongoing?

Certainly No! You are rather destroying the future. These parents will blame the devil when their children fail. Why blame the devil? When your actions and inactions caused it? I will also urge Parents to discourage their wards from watching Kumkum Bhagya and encourage them to read their books. Alternatively, channels can be passworded to discourage "kids" from watching programmes which are meant for the adults play Two of the lead stars in Kumkum Bhagya which shows on Adom TV
"Kumkum" has also compelled some workers to be extra lazy at work.

Do you doubt me? Ok! Find time, visit any office or work place and you'll see majority of workers, especially the young ladies wasting their precious time discussing "Kumkum Bhagya", ignoring tasks' assigned to them. And when they lose their job or being fired from their post, "the old men and women in their family are always in trouble."

Some Teachers are fond of discussing the episodes of Kumkum Bhagya wiith their students during classes hours. Teachers doing that should please put a stop to it. It won't help but "kill" the zeal and spirit of our future leaders to sit and read.

In summation, I'm not saying the management of AdomTV to stop showing Kumkum Bhagya neither should it be banned from the screens since it has helped a lot of people especially those who are married .

However, "we" will be glad should there be a change of time in showing this popular T.V. series. This will prevent Christians from dodging church activities and also help students to find ample time and learn, so as to perform well in Class and during Exams.

There is always time for everything. Thank You.

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah mention names of occult Prophets in Ghana | No1 Will Shock You, Don't Trust Your Prophet

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah, the founder of Pillar of Zion Church International has mention names of occult Prophets who are renowned in their work of profession as Prophets.

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah on Saturday 11 March 2017, preaching on Sika 89.5 Fm in Kumasi, the capital of Ashanti has given names of occult Prophets as he chose to preach on Second coming of Jesus Christ and how fake Prophets have Won Souls for Satan.

The founder of Pillar of Zion Church International Evangelist Akwasi Awuah in his own words has said he can testify that the following pastors are occult Prophet in disguise.

Prophet Kum Chacha, Prophet Ebenezer Adakwa Yiadom, Prophet Obinim, Reverend Osei Bonsu (Reverend O.B), Agya, Osofo Kyire Abosom, Bishop Bonigas and many more Prophets are to him occult Prophets and Bishops.

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah again, has said on Sunday 11 March 2017 in his preaching on the same platform that he cannot retract what he has said about the aforementioned Prophets and Bishop of his claim that they are Occult Prophets and Bishops. Moreover, he repeated his words in his preaching.

He also said there have been uncountable occasions that some of these people confronted him with the aim of talking him to join their secret groups/society.
Evangelist Akwasi Awuah said they employed on him different tricks to get him fall in their traps to join them.

First, he said they sent someone to talk to him while in Church preaching, that they will assist him to build his Temple for and in addition give him huge sums of money.

Second, Evangelist Akwasi Awuah again said another attempt employed on him was sending some women who claimed to have formed ‘Women’s Fellowship’ and would like to his church members to join. He again saw the trick and turned down their proposal.

Third, some of the occult Prophets personally confronted him personally to put before him their request of invitation for him to join their society. This he mentioned Prophet Kum Chacha as one of those Prophets who visited him at his house to talk him into joining their occult group. He again refused.

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah has also said there are some Prophets who preaches in English and are occult Prophets. He has mentioned Pastor Mensah Otabil, Prophet Nicholas Duncan Williams, Bishop Dag Heward-Mills and many other renowned Preachers in the English language.
Evangelist Akwasi Awuah in his allegations has said all the aforementioned Prophets and Bishops are having similar characteristics.

They are either wearing rings aside their wedding rings or wearing necklace.
They always make you pay for their services
They seldom preach about salvation
They always preach of prosperity, signifying that a Christian is called blessed when he/she get rich.

Most of their actions do not relate to the teaching of the Bible. And also
They brag about their riches.

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah , said some of these Prophets and Bishops, junior Prophets and Bishops confront him to tell what they are have been witnessing about their Prophets and Bishops. He added that some of these peoples’ wives also come to tell him the problems they go through in their marriages.

He has advice the ‘occult Prophets’ as he call them to desist from their bad deeds and repent in other to be safe from God’s wrath.

Evangelist Akwasi Awuah, the founder of Pillar of Zion Church International calls Ghanaians to be wise to notice the tricks of these Prophets and Bishops to avoid their traps. He advises Ghanaians to stop seeking help from these ‘occult Prophets’ as he alleges they are.

7 Foods We Eat At Wrong Hours That Are Harming Our Health

Eating some food items at their specific times is very important to get all their benefits. When eaten at the wrong time, these food items can cause harm to our health in different ways. For eg. eating banana at night can put us at risk of cough and cold, whereas sugar can put us at risk of gaining weight when eaten at night. Below are the 7 foods we eat at wrong hours that are harming our health.

1. MILK

Best Time To Drink: Night
Experts claim that the best time to consume milk would be in the night, rather than in the day because it takes a long time to digest and might make you feel lethargic. Drinking milk at night relaxes your body and enables the cells to absorb the nutrients effectively, while you rest.

Worst Time To Drink: Morning
Due to more physical activity in the mornings, milk can become heavy to digest and also mess with your meal timings.

2. RICE

Best Time To Eat: Day
Consuming rice for lunch is the perfect time, since your metabolism in the day time is much higher than at night, it gives you ample chance to use up the carbohydrates.

Worst Time To Eat: Night
Rice should be avoided at night, as they are high in starch content and may leave your stomach with a bloated sensation through the night. Also, consuming rice at night may promote weight gain, as it takes longer to digest and our body is completely at rest.

3. CURD

Best Time To Eat: Day
When eaten in the daytime, curd helps in the digestion process and soothes the digestive system. It is a probiotic food that aid in gut health.

Worst Time To Eat: Night
Eating curd during the night can badly affect the respiratory tract causing cold and cough and leads to mucus formation.

4. SUGAR

Best time to eat: Morning
Ice creams, chocolates and every food items that are loaded with sugar, should be consumed in the mornings. This is because our body insulin is more effective in fighting sugar at this time of the day. We are also more active in the day, so our body is able to burn more sugar throughout the day.

Worst time to eat: Night
Consuming sugar at night, will only increase your body fat, since physical activity is also at a low at night time.

5. PULSE AND BEANS

Best Time To Drink: Night
Pulses and beans are loaded with dietary fibres. When taken at night, they help in digestion and lower the cholesterol levels. They also help you to get a good sleep.

Worst Time To Eat: Morning
Avoid eating fibrous foods such as sprouts, lentils, beans etc. in the morning or during daytime, since it might increase your appetite and cause you to eat more throughout the course of the day.

6. BANANA

Best Time To Eat: Noon
Banana is loaded with fibres that help in the digestion process. Banana also has natural antacids and helps in soothing heartburn. They also keep the energy level high throughout the day. It’s a perfect before workout food too.

Worst Time To Eat: Night
When eaten at night, banana increases cough and cold and leads to mucus formation. Since banana is very rich in magnesium, if taken on an empty stomach at night, it can lead to stomach troubles.

7. APPLE

Best Time To Eat: Morning
Apple is a rich source of fiber called pectin, especially the apple peel is packed with pectin. Pectin helps to smoothen the bowel function, prevents constipation and and eliminates carcinogens from the body.

Worst Time To Eat: Evening/Night
Apple has a high content of organic acid. When consumed at night, it may cause acid reflux due to the release of the acids, thereby increasing the acid levels.

OMG! Check Out Africa's First Ever Electric Car Made In Ghana By Osafo Kantanka

This Happens To Your Body When You Eat Three Dates Per Day. I Had No Idea.

Dates are the oldest fruit cultivated by man, and there are over thirty known varieties. Apart from the delightful flavor, dates are packed with a host of nutrients that provide tremendous amount of health benefits to your body. Dates are rich in several vitamins, minerals and fiber too.

These delicious fruits contain oil, calcium, sulfur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium which are all beneficial for health. Here are the 6 most important health benefits of eating dates.

1. BOOST ENERGY

The natural sugars in dates, from fructose, sucrose, and glucose can provide you with a safe and effective energy boost. The dietary fiber in dates will keep you energized for longer without the “sugar-crash” that you would normally experience from any other sweet treat.

2. IMPROVE DIGESTIVE HEALTH

Dates contain a lot of soluble fiber, which is necessary for your digestive health as it draws water to the digestive tract – hence the potential relief from constipation. Dates are full of potassium that can also help diarrhea and an upset stomach.

3. IMPROVES BONE HEALTH

Dates are rich in selenium, manganese, copper, and magnesium, and all of these are required when it comes to keeping our bones strong and healthy. Women face the major concern of bone strength, and so adding dates to the diet is a good idea.

4. TREAT AND PREVENT ANEMIA

Dates are a good source of iron, which many people struggle to get enough of in their diet. Anemia, which is due to low iron levels, is a common issue amongst most people; women and endurance athletes are especially prone to it. Anemia can leave you exhausted, but dates are there to rescue you, because of their iron content.

5. DATES MAKE THE BRAIN WORK BETTER

There have also been studies done on the ingredients in dates and their relation to brain health and it has been shown that when you have enough vitamin B6 in your system, your brain actually works better. That means that you have more focus, more accurate memories and can access information faster. Dates help keep your mind sharp and ready to learn.

6. KEEP YOUR HEART HEALTHY

Many studies have been done on the health benefits of eating dates, especially if you soak them overnight and then crush them before you eat them first thing in the morning. The high levels of potassium are excellent for your heart and have been shown in studies to help reduce the risk of stroke and other heart-related diseases.Adding dates to your diet can also lower LDL cholesterol levels (the bad cholesterol), which doctors say is a big factor in heart issues such as heart attacks and strokes.

Bloody Conflict between two ethnics, Konkombas and Dagombas at the Yam Market at Agbogbloshie-Accra

Restlessness are high at Agbogbloshie in Accra which has lead bloody clash between Konkombas and Dagombas.

The clash have claimed the lives of two persons with a pregnant woman confirmed to be in a critical condition. A joint military and police team have been deployed to the scene and are trying to restore calm.

Some residents and market women were spotted running for their lives as tear gas and bullets were fired sporadically between the two factions.

One account of the cause of the clashes is that a member of one ethnic group stole a phone owned by the other ethnic group.

The suspected thief was beaten up but he mobilised people from his ethnic group for a retaliation.

This degenerated into a free for all fight between the two ethnic groups.

This Ethnic clash and resultant attacks at the Accra slum are not new.
Three young men were killed in ethnic clashes in 2009.

In 2014, there was a similar clash between Dagombas and Nanumbas over a motorbike, GH₵70, and copper wire.

In April 2015, clashes between Dagombas and Zabarima traders left four, including a policeman, injured.

Several people in the Yam market area in Agbogbloshie, were also injured while a number of properties were vandalised and destroyed in the process. Some individuals were seen being rushed to the hospital, after being hit by bullets.

[News]:Kumasi troubles ‘under control’ – Akufo-Addo

President Akufo-Addo has said that the recent confusion witnessed in the Ashanti Regional capital, Kumasi, is being addressed.

According to him, this is to reassure Ghanaians of his government’s commitment to work under the Rule of Law.

Addressing the press at Peduase Lodge after a 3-day retreat with government officials, the President called for support from Ghanaians, to help him deliver on his mandate.

“In all the difficulties that have emerged, the events in Kumasi, we believe that those events are systematically being brought under control in the way that they should be, and reassuring the nation that he commitment that we made that we are going to serve Ghana under the conditions of the rule of law,” he said.

Many Ghanaians have criticized the President and Members of his New Patriotic Party for not condemning attacks carried out by a vigilante group affiliated to the party, Delta Force, who stormed the premises of the Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council last month, and manhandled the President’s appointee for the Regional Security Coordinator position in a bloody attack.

An attempt to make some of the culprits involved face the law took an interesting turn last week, when other members of the group stormed the Kumasi Circuit Court, and freed the 13 of their members who were facing charges for causing the earlier disturbances.

The group vandalized some court property, and almost assaulted the Judge, Mary Senkyere, after she had ruled that, the accused be remanded to reappear before the court on the 20th of April, 2017.

Many have called on the President to publicly condemn the attack, but the President in his address said, he believes the matter is being addressed appropriately.

He also assured the public that his government is committed to delivering on its mandate in accordance with the Rule of Law.

“We are not wavering in that commitment. We believe that the overwhelming majority of the Ghanaian people support us in that commitment,” he said.

“Collectively, we are determined to deliver. We want the Ghanaian people to know that all those things that we said we are going to do, which we have begun to do, we are determined to do,” he added.

I CAN BE THE MUSIGA PRESIDENT-BECCA

Popular songstress, Becca is confident she’ll be an efficient President of Musician Union of Ghana when the opportunity presents itself.

Speaking on ‘Di Wu Lane Mu’ on Kasapa 102.5Fm, with host Kwame Bee, the ‘Beshiwo’ singer said she is so keen on the well being of musicians.

“Most people who know me very well will attest to the fact that I always want the well being of musicians in this industry but I haven’t thought of being a president though I know very well that when I’m given the mantle as MUSIGA president I will be efficient.”

According to her, she would be privileged to research into the vital areas of MUSIGA to be abreast with issues relating to the institution before she will finally take the mantle to lead as president of MUSIGA.

“But for now I wouldn’t want to get involved in things I’ve little knowledge in so I want to do more research before getting into it. Being a musician, I’m already a registered member of MUSIGA but the only thing is that I want to do things I’ve more knowledge about. If God permits me to take up the MUSIGA Presidency mantle then I will, If Madam Diana Akumi was able to become MUSIGA President, I think I can also.”

Becca will be competing with Adina, MzVee, Petrah and Piesie Esther for Female Vocalist of the year at upcoming VGMA. She was also nominated in highlife artiste of the year category alongside Kofi Kinaata and Bisa Kdei.
